Lemon-Lime Angel Food Cake
Sift flour with 1/3 cup sugar. Beat egg, lemon & lime juice.
Gradually beat in remaining 1 cup sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Mix lemon and lime peel.
Sift 1/4 cup of flour into whites. Continue until flour is gone. Spoon into 10" tube pan.
Bake for 42 minutes.
Invert pan and place it on a bottle and allow to cool.
Pour Lemon-Lime Glaze over Cake.
