BLT Bites
24 cherry tomatoes
1 pound bacon, crisp-cooked, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cut the top of each tomato opposite the stem end. Scoop out the inside to form a
shell. Drain upside down on paper towels.
Combine the bacon, green onions and mayonnaise in a bowl. Spoon inside the
tomato shells. Chill until ready to serve.
