2.5 ounces processed sliced corned beef, chopped
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing
1 loaf cocktail rye bread, thinly sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and
dressing. Arrange slices of bread on an ungreased baking sheet. Top each slice
of bread with Reuben mixture.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Makes about 24 slices.
