Onion Pinwheels

3 - 4 LARGE yellow onions, chopped
1/2 cup butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1 pound (16 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 package of burrito size flour tortillas (10)

Saute onions in butter until limp.

Add cream cheese and Swiss cheese and stir to melt.

Measure 1/2 cup of mixture and spread on tortilla leaving 1/2-inch at the edge. Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Repeat with remaining tortillas.

To Cook:
Cut into 1-inch pieces and place on greased baking sheet and bake at 400 for about 10 minutes... turn and continue baking until golden.
