Stuffed Bacon Rolls
2 Cups seasoned bread cubes
1 Tbls chopped onion
1 Tbls parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
10 - 11 slices bacon
Mix bread, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix egg and milk and blend into
bread mixture.
Cut each slice of bacon in half.
Roll mixture into balls and wrap with one piece of bacon each.
Secure with tooth picks.
Place on a wire rack in a baking pan.
Cook 375 for 30 - 35 minutes.
Serve immediately. |
