Peppered Rib-Eye Steaks
3 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp ground black pepper
1-1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1-1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1-1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
6 (1-1/2-inch-thick) rib-eye steaks
3 Tbsp olive oil
Combine first 7 ingredients. Brush steaks with oil; rub with
seasoning mixture. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
Grill steaks, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to
400 degrees) 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of
doneness.
