Crockpot Meatballs and Gravy
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. gravy mix
Combine first 5 ingredients to make walnut-sized meatballs. Brown them in a
saucepan. Place in crockpot on LOW.
In another pan add gravy mix and cornstarch to 1 cup cold water. Stir and bring
to a boil. Add to drippings in saucepan and stir. Pour over meatballs.
Cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours. It will keep all day.
Serve over noodles or rice.
