Hungarian Goulash

2 pounds round steak cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf
1 12 ounce can tomatoes
1 cup sour cream

Put round steak, onion, salt and pepper in crockpot. Add flour and stir until well coated. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well.

Cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours or high heat 4 to 6 hours.

Add sour cream before serving and allow to heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles.

Serves 4 to 6.
