Party Ruebens

1 (8 ounce) bottle Thousand Island dressing

1 pound shredded Swiss cheese

3 packages corned beef, chopped

1 (1 pound) can sauerkraut, drained

Mix and heat until cheese melts, in crock pot or oven. Serve with snack rye or rye crackers. EASY
