Ginger Beef Sauté
4 beef cube steaks
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Oriental sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Place steaks in a shallow baking dish and add next 4 ingredients. Turn to coat
well. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
from marinade and sauté 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned.
heat to medium low. Stir in marinade, cover pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning
meat occasionally, until it reaches desired doneness.
