1 pound top round steaks
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary -- minced
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish -- optional
7 ounce jar roasted red peppers -- drained
1/3 cup chopped green onions
4 flour tortillas -- 8"

Trim fat from steak. Rub pepper into the steak. Heat oil in a skillet over
medium-high heat. Add steak to the skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side or
until cooked to your taste.
