Steak Wraps

1 pound top round steaks
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary -- minced
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish -- optional
7 ounce jar roasted red peppers -- drained
1/3 cup chopped green onions
4 flour tortillas -- 8"
salt -- to taste

Trim fat from steak. Rub pepper into the steak. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak to the skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to your taste.

Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, rosemary and horseradish together. Cover and refrigerate.

Slice peppers into strips. Cut cooked steak on the diagonal into 1/8-inch slices.

Heat the tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds each.

To serve: spread each tortilla with the mayonnaise mixture; layer equal portions of the steak, peppers and onions down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle each with salt. Fold bottom edge of tortilla up over the filling. Fold left and right sides to the center, overlapping edges.
