Tacos in Pasta Shells
18 jumbo pasta shells
2 TBSP butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1 3oz package cream cheese with chives
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Jack cheese
chopped green onions for garnish
Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain and toss with melted
butter. Brown ground beef, stirring to crumble, drain. Stir in cream cheese,
chili powder and salt, simmer 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill shells with beef mixture.
Arrange in greased 13x9" pan. Spoon taco sauce over shells.
Cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and top with cheeses. Bake
for 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with green onions.
