Teriyaki Beef Stir Fry
Cut 1 lb. round steak into thin strips.
Marinate for 30 minutes in:
3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp corn starch
turning often to coat
Stir fry in 1 Tbsp oil:
2 bell peppers
6 green onions
Remove from heat, set aside then cook beef 1/2 at a time for 2-3 minutes.
Return all ingredients to wok and cook until hot. |
