Tomato Soup Casserole
2/3 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup, condensed
1/2 cup water
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Preheat oven to 350�F
3. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Drain. Season with salt and paprika.
4. Combine meat mixture with rice and remaining ingredients in 2 qt. casserole;
cover.
5. Bake for 30 minutes. |
