Blueberry Crunch
1 can crushed pineapple (regular 16-oz can)
1 bag frozen Blueberries
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter
1 cup walnut pieces (optional)
1 9x12 glass baking dish. (It must be glass!!!)
Spread Pineapple on bottom of pan - spread evenly. Spread
blueberries evenly over the pineapple, spread unmixed cake powder
evenly over the blueberries.
Melt butter and pour evenly across top, finely sprinkle walnut
pieces over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; then take a fork and stab the
mix all over (DO NOT STIR - Just stab). Bake for another 15-20
minutes until golden in color.
Can be served warm or cold, with or without whipped cream or vanilla
ice cream.
