Blueberry Delight
1 small Angel Food Cake
2 8-oz pks. cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 sm can evaporated milk
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 cup chopped pecans
1 large container Cool Whip
Break cake to small pieces into dish
On side whip together cream cheese, milk, and sugar. Pour over cake.
Sprinkle pecans over cream cheese mixture. Spread blueberry pie
filling over pecans. Drop large spoonfuls of Cool Whip on top and
gently spread (try hard not to mix with blueberry filling).
Chill overnight or at least two hours before serving.
