Blueberry Snack Bars

1 pkg. (18-1/4 oz) yellow cake mix
1/2 Cup butter or margarine, melted
3 eggs, divided
1 8-oz cream cheese
2-1/2 Cups confectioners' sugar
1 can (21-oz) blueberry pie filling
3/4 Cup flaked coconut
3/4 Cup chopped walnuts

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and 1 egg; mix well, scraping bowl occasionally. Pat mixture into bottom of a greased 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.

In a small bowl, beat cram cheese until fluffy. Add remaining eggs and confectioners' sugar; blend until smooth. Spread over dough mixture in pan.

Layer fruit filling, coconut and nuts over cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 325º for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.

Yield: 2 dozen bars
