Strawberries Elegante
 
6 cups strawberry slices
2 Tbsp orange flavored liqueur or orange juice
1 (8 oz) container cream cheese light
3 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp orange flavored liqueur or orange juice
1 Tbsp skim milk

Toss strawberries with 2 Tbsp liqueur in small bowl

Place cream cheese product, sugar, 1 Tbsp liqueur and milk in food processor or blender container; process until well blended.

Serve over strawberries.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
