1/2 lb butter
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 quart strawberries, sliced & sweetened to taste
1 cup whipping cream, whipped (or Cool Whip)
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz (approx) vanilla wafers, crushed

Put half of the crushed wafers in the bottom of 9x13 pan (or casserole dish).

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well. Spread this mixture on top of wafers.

Spread strawberries over the top.

Spread whipped cream (or Cool Whip) next and top with remaining crushed wafers.

Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
