Fresh Strawberry Pie
1 (1.2-oz.) (large) pkg. sugar-free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
1 (.3-oz.) (small) pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin
3 1/4 C. water
4 C. sliced fresh strawberries
2 packets Sweet 'n Low
2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked
1 (8-oz.) carton whipped topping
Strawberries for garnish
Combine pudding and Jell-O mixes. Stir in water and heat over medium heat until
mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Mix strawberries with Sweet 'n Low. Divide into 2 baked pie shells. Pour cooked
pudding mix over berries and cool in refrigerator until set. Top with whipped
topping and garnish with strawberries.
