Beefy Taco Dip
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 t. chili powder
1 C. chunky salsa
4 oz. (1/2 of an 8 oz. package) cream cheese, cut-up
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Assorted toppings: chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions and sliced pitted ripe olives
Cook beef with chili powder in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add salsa, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Sprinkle with assorted toppings and garnish with sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
