Stuffed Cheese Bread
1 container refrigerated French bread dough
1 C. shredded mozzarella and/or Cheddar cheese
1/4 C. chopped tomato
1/4 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped green or red pepper
1/4 C. cooked bacon pieces
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350�F. Unroll bread and spread with cheese, vegetables and bacon
pieces. Do not overfill. Roll bread up. Pinch ends together and place on greased
cookie sheet with the crease facing down. Make cuts 1 inch apart on top of
bread.
If desired, garnish with parsley before it is baked. Bake until golden brown,
about 30 minutes.
