Mountain Dew Cake

1 box lemon OR butter cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mountain dew soda
4 eggs
1 package coconut cream instant pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract (optional)
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup mountain dew

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Beat together cake mix, oil, water, Mountain Dew, eggs, and pudding mix. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake in 325ºF oven for 1 hour. Bring extracts, butter, sugar, and Mountain Dew to a boil and heat until glaze coats a spoon. Pour glaze over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Allow cake to cool completely before turning upside onto a plate and cutting.
