Basic Breakfast Bread
1 5/8 cups water
1 1/2 cups oats
1/4 cup gluten, wheat
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons sugar or honey
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
