Cranberry Pumpkin Bread
3/4 c water
2/3 c canned pumpkin
3 T sugar
2 T oil
2 c bread flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 3/4 tsp bread machine dry yeast or active dry yeast
Follow manufacturer's directions for loading ingredients in machine. Measure
ingredients carefully.
Select basic white or whole wheat cycle and follow manufacturer's directions for
starting machine.
High altitude (above 3500 feet): decrease yeast to 1 1/4 tsp and then continue
as above. |
