Cream of Wheat Bread

2 1/2 ts yeast
1 1/3 c cream of wheat, uncooked
2 2/3 c bread flour
2 tb gluten, optional
2 1/2 ts salt
2 2/3 tb sugar
1 1/2 egg
5 tb butter
1 1/3 c water

Add to bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
