Hawaiian Sweet Bread Recipe

Hawaiian Sweet Bread 
(using ABM to mix dough)

1 cup warm water
5 tbsp. white sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. powdered milk
2 tbsp. instant potato flakes
3 tsp. yeast
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
2 eggs
4 tbsp. butter or margarine

Measure ingredients into the bread machine in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Set machine for dough.

Place dough in a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake in a preheated 350F. oven for about 30 minutes. Crust should be golden and bread should sound hollow when thumped.

This recipe yields a 2 lb. loaf.

Comments: Flavorful, light sweet bread that is great by itself, or for french toast and summer sandwiches.
