Golden Bread Pudding {To Die For...honestly} Sprinkle with a few raisins {I omit them}. Add another layer of bread & raisins. Top with the third layer of bread. Combine remaining ingredients & pour over the bread. Press the bread down lightly with the back of a spoon. Sprinkle the top with some additional brown sugar & a few shakes of cinnamon. Bake at 350� for 50-60 minutes or until center is set and the top is puffy and brown. Cool slightly and spoon into serving dishes. Top with cream or ice cream. Serves 6-8 AUTHOR: Carol |
