Country Chicken Sausage

2 1/2 lbs. Ground chicken
1/4 oz. Fresh sage, chopped
1/4 oz. Fresh thyme, chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh garlic, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Black pepper
3 oz. Light brown sugar
1 1/2 oz. Maple syrup

Combine all ingredients well. Form into 2-oz. patties.

Griddle until both sides are golden brown and lightly caramelized
