Brunch Cornbread and Sausage Coat bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with drippings. Arrange sausage in bottom of pan. Spoon pineapple tidbits around sausages. Spread prepared cornbread mix over sausage and pineapple. Bake in preheated oven at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes..
Let stand 5 minutes, turn out and cut in squares and serve with butter and
syrup. |
