Easy Brunch Casserole
2 cups Stuffing Mix in the Canister, any flavor
2 cups milk
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled
6 eggs
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
sprinkle with a little herb blend
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Spoon into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350�F for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
Makes 8 servings
Variation: Add 1 cup leftover chopped cooked potatoes to mixture. Continue as
