Ham Breakfast Casserole
6 slices bread
1 pound ham, diced
1/2 pound shredded cheese
hash browns
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 stick butter, melted
Tear apart bread and layer in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Layer ham, cheese,
then the hash browns on top of the bread. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and dry
mustard.
Pour over items in pan.
Top with melted butter.
Bake at 350-degrees for one hour.
