Morning Casserole

10 large eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
8 slices thick bread, cut into cubes
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 pound cooked pork sausage, broken up

Butter a 9x13 baking pan.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer. Add the milk, salt, and dry mustard. Stir in the bread, cheese, and cooked sausage, mixing thoroughly. Spread mixture in the prepared pan.

Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 12 hours before baking.

Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into large squares and serve with toast or English muffins.
