In saucepan, bring water, butter and chocolate to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, mix in flour and remaining sugar. Stir in sour cream, baking soda, salt and remaining eggs, stir until smooth. Pour in a greased 10 x 15 pan.
Dollop cream cheese mix over top, but thru batter to create a marbled effect. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.
