Harvest Pumpkin Brownies
In a mixing bowl, combine:
1 (15 oz.) can of pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 t. vanilla
Beat until well. In a separate bowl, combine:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
Stir into pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 15"-x-10" pan
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20-25 minutes or until brownies
test done with a toothpick. Cool. Meanwhile prepare frosting.
In a small mixing bowl, combine:
6 T. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 t. milk
1/8 t. salt
Beat until smooth.
Add:
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix well. Frost brownies. Store in refrigerator.
