Lemon Pudding Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese
Lemon Pudding Sheet Cake with Cream Cheese Icing.
1 can of lemon pie filling
1 box of
lemon cake mix/Duncan Hines.
(note: make sure you use canned
lemon pie filling not the box.)
Mix above all ingredients at one time....spread in greased and floured cookie
sheet pan.. bake for about 20 minutes at 350° F.
Cool cake..... then frost cake with:
Creme Cheese Frosting
Soften cream cheese at room temperature or in the microwave To soften in
microwave, remove it from the wrapper and microwave it on Medium for one to one
and half minutes.
3 cups powdered sugar
oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons melted oleo or
1 teaspoon of vanilla
In large bowl
combine all ingredients; beat until smooth.
Keep cake in fridge...after it chills you can cover with wax paper.. or saran
wrap.. I used waxed paper.
