Mandarin Orange Cake

1 box butter cake mix
3/4 cups oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges (juice & all)
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding mix
12 oz. cool whip
20 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)

Mix cake mix, oil & eggs together in a large mixing bowl. Add mandarin oranges (juice & all) by hand to prevent mashing. Divide batter into 3 greased & floured cake pans. Bake at 350 F for 18 to 20 minutes. Mix together pineapple with juice, vanilla. pudding mix, & cool whip. Spread this filling between the layers & on the top and sides of cake. Keep refrigerated.
