Key Lime Cake

1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
5 eggs
1 1/3 c. oil
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. key lime juice
1/3 c. powdered sugar

Place dry ingredients into a bowl. Add eggs, oil, orange juice and extracts. Beat well until all blended. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes or until almost cool. Prick all over top with a fork and drizzle thoroughly with lime juice and powdered sugar. Cover and refrigerate.
