Biscuits and Gravy Sausage Gravy: Gravy: Brown sausage in a big iron skillet and scrape it off to one side. Tilt pan a bit so grease collects to one side. With a fork, stir in corn starch with enough additional oil to keep it creamy. Quickly add can milk and water (enough to make around 2 cups liquid). Add black pepper to taste and remix in sausage. |
