Dutch Oven Pork and Mushrooms Recipe

Dutch Oven Pork and Mushrooms

3 lbs. diced pork

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

1 box (12 oz) Stove Top stuffing

Pre-heat 12" Dutch oven from the bottom for 5 minutes. Place diced pork in oven. Stir until brown. Add soup. Mix with the pork. Simmer for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. (This tenderizes the meat.)

Place mushrooms on top.

Prepare stuffing mix according to directions. Place on top of mushrooms.

Bake 30 minutes with 5 coals on the bottom and 10 coals on top.
