Hiker's Hot Dogs 1 Tbsp minced onion 1 (12-ounce) can beer 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup chili sauce 12 all-beef hot dogs, quartered 6 French rolls, split Mix onion, beer, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce and hot dogs together. Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into a wide-necked thermos bottle. Serve on split rolls. Makes 6 servings.
