Put 1 inch diameter foil balls in the bottom of your Dutch Oven to keep the pie pan off the bottom ( helps to keep food from burning and distributes the heat more evenly).
Put the pie pan into the Dutch Oven and bake approximately 50-60 minutes or until knife, when inserted into the center, comes out clean.
