Vegetable Packets on the Grill

1 medium Onion, sliced
1 Red bell pepper, diced
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups Cauliflower florets
3/4 teaspoon Basil
1/4 cup Chicken broth
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Add the ingredients equally to 2 large sheets of aluminum foil. Fold and seal tightly.

Place over hot coals. Cook for 12-18 minutes, turning frequently.

Serve warm.
