Fresh Asparagus Baked in Wine Sauce
1 pound fresh, cooked asparagus
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Put cooked asparagus in shallow buttered baking dish.
To melted butter, add white wine, salt, pepper; pour over asparagus and sprinkle
the top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 425F degrees for 15 minutes.
