Cauliflower and Ham Gratin Arrange cauliflower in baking dish. Sprinkle with ham. Mix soup, milk and nutmeg until smooth. Pour over ham. Cut butter and cheese into crushed pork rinds with a pastry blender or two knives until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and topping is golden brown. 4 to 6 servings. |
