Corned Beef Casserole
2 cups corned beef, cooked and shredded, or 1 can corned beef 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1 small onion, minced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6
