Enchilada Casserole

2 pounds ground beef

1 large chopped onion

2 small. cans tomato sauce --or 1 large can

1 pkg. enchilada seasoning --or 1 can red Enchilada Sauce

1 can whole green chilies seeded and chopped

1 large green bell pepper

2 red beans drained or

2 cans kidney beans

1 bag corn chips crushed

Crush corn chips and place 1/2 on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

Brown ground beef, add chopped onions and cook till onions are tender, add chopped green chilies mix well add the tomato sauce and the enchilada seasoning. mix well. Spoon over the crushed corn chips and top with the rest of the corn chips sprinkle with shredded yellow cheese.

Bake at 350 covered for 20 min then uncovered for 15 min or until top is crispy.
