Saucy Italian Zucchini

3 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning; oregano, or basil
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese OR 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 375�F.

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 375�F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
