Perfect Pizza Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper (chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces (drained)
1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
3 cup rigatoni pasta (cooked and drained)
2 cups mozzarella cheese
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, green pepper and garlic powder
until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in pepperoni,
mushrooms, spaghetti sauce and pepper. Place rigatoni noodles in a greased
13x9x2-inch baking dish. Top with beef mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or
until
