Scallop Bubbly Bake
1 lb. scallops
1-8oz tin of lobster
1 med onion
3 stalks celery
1 tin of mushrooms
1 med green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1-10oz tin of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup buttered bread crumbs
Wipe scallops dry and lightly salt. Saute vegetables. Place in greased
casserole. Cover with soup, top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for
30-35 min.
